At JJ Collection, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The item must be in original packaging with tags attached

  • The item must be free from stains, perfume, or damage

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Due to hygiene reasons, undergarments, lingerie, and innerwear items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item is damaged or defective

  • Size issue (only if the item is unused and meets return conditions)

To request an exchange, please contact us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be sent via bank transfer or original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are not refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • After dispatch, cancellation is not possible
